I saw some other candidates papers it is shocking how harshly marked the papers were even comparing them to sample answers. I got marked 8 for an answer that was almost a carbon copy of a sample answer i hit all the right caselaw and principles I was so angry and asked for feedback in my scores and still recieved nothing even my score sheet was missing. Honestly I think the equity marking scheme needs to be reviewed after the last sitting so many of us got 43 on the button and we all felt in the same boat the scores made no sense.
