I was reading this thinking how could a woman be so evil. It wasn't until the end of the article that the "woman" was actually a man.

Secondly, how can a judge say he thinks this person is a good person? Whats wrong with the judiciary at all.

The gender of this person isn't relevant to the crimes they have committed beyond the curiosity of some. Their being trans didn't make them download this content and trans people don't habitually engage in this behaviour.

The notion that somebody could be in possession of that many images of that nature and not be a bad person is perplexing.

The issues surrounding the sharing of such content are well documented and have been for decades. No adult with normal cognitive functions should be unaware of how this content is created and how every point in its distribution is in violation of laws internationally.

If the judge in question was suggesting this person was not a bad person because of their status as a transgender individual they are missing the point in grand fashion in relation to seeing trans people as equals to everyone else and is identifying a trans person as worthy of less chastisement by virtue of their status as trans.

The trans issue should not have been considered in this case. If you believe trans people deserve respect then treat them like anyone else in all settings.
