Paying your stamp

What is the rate for paying someone's stamp? Just trying to work out how much it costs the employer when paying out wage. Say for instance an employee gets 250e how much would that cost the employer..... Is the stamp the only thing an employer would need to pay?

For a standard employee (e.g. A Class) on a gross wage of 250 it should be 8.8% of same. It goes up to 11.05% for gross wage of 398+.

(Aside: When you say 'if the employee gets' 250 I'm assuming you mean gross before deduction of taxes. If however you want to pay an employee 250 after tax, that's a whole other problem, the tax on which can only be calculated if you have the employees up to date TCC which is subject to change so cost could vary.)
