OP Stranger Things:

Welcome to Hawkins Indiana, a small town in mid 1980s America. The town is home to an American military base which just about makes it stick out differently from all the other thousands of towns along the American rust belt. Not much ever happens here...but recently a small boy disappeared suddenly on a nice Sunday evening while cycling home from his friends house after a day of dungeons and dragons.
Will the Sheriff and his merry band of wild children be able to fend of the might of the American military and some unknown dark forces and find their friend? Let us meet the cast:

Good Team

Eleven – Cannot be killed by human teams only the Demogorgon, has one time power to eliminate the Demogorgon if she correctly identifies him

Will Byers – Is connected to the Demogorgon and can sometimes sense his presence. Can pick a two hour period of time once a day to see if the Demogorgon has posted on thread in that period. Can only do this twice in the entire game.

Jim Hopper – Sheriff – Chooses daily between a bullet and daily protect.

Joyce Byers – Seer – Gets one peek per night with result after morning munch at 10am.

Evil Teams

Americans
Dr Martin Brenner – Spends his time trying to convince others that his scientific experiments are ethical and needed when dealing with the commies. As the most senior scientist in the security base, he always looks good.

Hawkins Head of Security – If he gets shot at, he will survive and receive a bullet himself. One time power

Dr Sam Owens – Has one syringe he can use at any point after day 1 one to kill. The syringe takes 6 hours to take effect.

Security Guard - Vanilla Wolf

Serial Killer
Demogorgon – Each day recruits a player to his team. Can only die by lynch or Eleven attack – When he dies his mindless band will die with him. Powers can move with players who are converted

Daily Competition will be open in the Hawkins arcade from 12 until 6pm. Details will be posted on thread at 10am each day.

Game Rules:

1) Once you are killed do not post in the thread again.DEAD PLAYERS DO NOT THANK LIVING PLAYERS POSTS

2) Don’t cheat, it’s a game that relies heavily on the players having integrity. No PMing other players in the game, and no chat about the game outside of this game thread. If you have any concerns about the game mechanics or the integrity of other players contact the mods who will make a decision. Do not discuss any of this in game or elsewhere. Always remember the mods may have secrets.

3) Please all try to reasonably contribute to the game thread and always remember to get a vote in (where it is possible for you to do so) as a minimum. There is a 5 post per day minimum limit. 2 missed votes and/or failure to hit minimum post counts twice will result in a substitution where possible or a modkill. Substitutions will be announced on thread by the game mods.

4) No posting of any PM's from the game mod or referring or alluding to the content of them or any backroom you may or may not have, without prior permission. Note that if there are new players playing, they may have been provided with backrooms to ask questions of the game mods irrespective of game role.

5) Game starts with a pre turn (night 0), followed by a flavour munch at 10am Monday morning and the lynch will be at 9pm. After 9pm Monday will be considered night 1. Role reveals will take place on thread after each death.... Most of the time.

6) Do not share your vote form password to anyone else. All votes for the lynch have to be made by yourself. Voting will be done via Google forms with the link provided in the OP, and the dedicated lynch link thread in the Werewolf Forum. In the event of a tied lynch, the lynch will be decided by last vote cast.

7) Policy on Abuse: Boards has a no-abuse rule in place that is in effect in this forum as well. By all means, call people on dodgy behaviour, point out if they are being silly or behaving strangely, be aggressive in your approach; but DO NOT abuse another player. If you feel another player has stepped over a line, the first step is to ask them to stop; if they do not, please PM a forum mod (sullivlo/Baggly/quickbeam) or use the report button on the post in question. Forum mods will investigate and action any issues at an appropriate time, keeping the game mods informed of any actions as needed.

8) Have fun, make memes, take the piss and try to enjoy the game.

9) Game Mods: Baggly and Duffman13 - Any game issues please PM the mods.

Demogorgon: Outlive the wolves and gain parity with the village.

Voted Conor because I searched his posts and didn't like anything I saw really.

Felt Kathleen Grant was totally honest and just busy doing other things-she didn't really strongly defend or go after anyone. Not that wolfy.

And I simply wasn't convinced that Jake was a wolf. Moving on...

Abigail is doing weird daring things but she must be the scanner so no reason to suspect her of anything unless there's something absolutely mad altogether going on.

Going back to the votes. Brendan and Conor both voted LeVar.
Clodah was voted by Steve and Jake.
We don't know what Angus voted last night because Conor is unknown.

For me, Jake bowing out of the thread last night is the most suspicious right now.
Re: Angus and Brendan, One might be the alpha wolf and I am flip flopping between both thinking it is one or the other. It may not be either also, but right now I am thinking it is one.
The out of Steve, Jake, Conor and me, we have 2 wolves, 2 village (or 3 wolves). I know I am village, so the bullet would need to have gone massively wayward to hit village at this stage (if Abi did believe me last night). From that list, He is definitely top of it for me.

Brendan, this has been playing on my mind. At this late stage, this makes absolutely no sense. Hopper is our MVP right now, his ability is the best arsenal we have for the village. With Hopper in play with Triggs, this is how the village wins. We will always have 2 players because of his protect. I would 100 times over take the bullet for Hopper right now.
In my eyes, the best play we have is Hopper protects Barbara for the peeks and we hope the wolves or stray bullets don't hit Hopper.

It's posts like this that are making me flip flop between you and Angus. This makes absolutely no sense through a village lens.

And I haven’t posted much after 10pm on any day so me not staying around last night shouldn’t be a reason to think I’m a wolf.

I think at least one wolf intentionally made themselves look more wolfy last night to try to get Abi to fire at them as they are HOHS, because they will need that bullet.

Just from memory I think Jakes posts went a bit erratic or so last night. I will have to read back again over yesterday to have a look

Voting for a villager doesnt make you a wolf.

They might also be trying to get Hopper to shoot and not use the protect.
I'm actually thinking more about this. Hopper should protect themself and not Barbara. The numbers are so small right now that peeks really are just going to help target. But with Hopper alive, village win becomes more a reality, so Hopper to protect themself.

Anything is possible in this game but based on my game so far, do you think the chances of me being on a team with Conor are NOT LIKELY or HIGHLY LIKELY?
If you’re not sure, would peeking me or Conor first help you decide?
If you peek me and I return good, have your suspicions on Conor increased or decreased?
If they’ve increased, would it not be then better to use what could be our last peek on one of under the radars (Steve, Wendy, Kathleen at time of my original post)?
