Just wanted to say thanks to the OP and the person(s) who used my link. Got €53 worth of Bitcoin today, exchanged it and the cash is on the way to my bank account.

Just to say, it seems like the Coinsmart website is quite buggy and it took me several attempts to sell the BTC and transfer the proceeds to my bank account. Had to enable 2FA to get it to work, which isn't a bad thing.

Also, the first time I tried to transfer the funds out, it tried to charge me a €15 fee. I declined and started again and there was no fee.

I got as far as taking the selfie, realised I look like crap and in dire need of a hairdresser colouring my hair, then gave up and cried into my pillow

Mine took a day to come through so if you haven't already, wait a day or two and see if the funds get put into your account.

was finally able to withdraw. Eur 111 after transfer fees. happy days.
Withdrew to Celsius and earning good interest on the amount now

Better not to hold anything there. The website is crappy, no app, contacting an alien is easier than getting hold of their support.
Either cash out or move to BTC staking platform like CDC, Celsius

How did you withdraw to the bank? When iI tried it said I needed to upload either a cancelled checked or cancelled deposit form, neither of which exist with an online bank. Did you have one fo these or find a work around?
