I had tickets for Dermot Kennedy in St Anne's but I've heard 'Giants' soooo f'n often over the lockdown I think I'll pass it's rescheduled and spend the ticket money on five gigs in The Academy or Whelan's instead.

Over the past decade or so, they've dropped a lot of their heavier content. They used to have a more substantial news bulletin around lunchtime and things like the Sunday Business Show and Sam Smyth's current affairs program at the weekends. I'd say the powers that be would drop The Last Word in a heartbeat because it surely has to be the most expensive show they have.
