Apparently. I tried to see if changing my gender in the app would make it appear, but no, I guess they were issued at a specific time based on your "gender" then.

Keep an eye on Irish Liquer going through. All other discounts applied, that one didn't. Cashier just handed back a €2 coin when I pointed it out after paying.

That’s just it though, I used to alway scratch it when I came home after my shop and it would always last until the following Sunday (which is the day I do my shop) but now it’s expires on the Saturday.

The digital receipt & scratchcard did not upload to app, however the paper receipt proves I scanned and got the Lidl Plus discount.
Still not showing up a day later. Fri and Sun receipts and prizes showing.

Same for me ,no digital receipt but the scratch card item I had is gone so that part worked.

Same here. 100% scanned, heard the beep and the staff member said all good.

No scratch card ànd nothing redeemed from the discount items I bought.
