I don't trust everton but 6/1 away to chelsea is a tad big

recent form everton away w7d2 chelsea home 4/4/1 (loss coming to city)

tight game imo so maybe under 2.5 (4/5)

Unders would be a likely bet. I've seen 3 or 4 Chelsea games and they are not offering up many goal chances.
