I love chomping through some peanuts as a snack, or at busy times as a meal in itself.
However, there's a huge quality difference between brands. What gives? Are there different varieties of peanut we eat, is it how they're roasted, is it the quality of the seasoning?
The Dunnes Stores dry roasted peanuts are like chewing bullets.

These Manhattan ones are quite good

The Lidl chili flavoured and honey flavoured ones are decent, good value ones

But the Lidl dry roasted ones are as bad as the Dunnes ones. I dunno, maybe it's the powder mix but the peanuts themselves taste poor.

These little beauties you can get in some bars, they're the finest a man can eat. Balsamic vinegar flavoured nuts. Unreal.

And on the topic of vinegary ones, of course KP Nuts are champs at this stuff, and these are a great nut.

As of course are the salted and dry roasted KP nuts, quality stuff, but expensive. They dont' come cheap.

The honey roast variety, which I've only gotten in a tub, but I believe are available in a packet, are another beauty.

However, for me, the most enjoyable peanut could possibly be the Tesco own brand salt and vinegar flavoured;

So boards, tell me, what are your favourite peanut brand, flavour?
