Consequently, the decision of the Home Office to deprive her of her British citizenship does not legally render her stateless. Hence, the measure is not unlawful insofar as the issue of statelessness is concerned. Although, it may very well be unlawful on other grounds, whether under British law or even international law.” Not as cut and dry as you are pretending lads. Anyway, we’ll see how it pans out.

As for the other poster saying allowing her back would be a danger for the Kurds, the SDF themselves have explicitly said themselves that respective countries should take back their jihadis and process them.

She was on Good Morning Britain today, car crash live tv interview, complete basket case desperado now trying to get back to UK.
Doesn't come across as any different - just trying a different tack to get back in to the UK and changing her appearance to be more Western, nail varnish and all...
Her whole body language was screaming "I'm lying"
At 15 wasn't she legally a child? That is/was the only thing in her favor, but aside from that she hasn't a leg to stand on, I don't buy the new western look and attitude for a minute, also don't believe she didn't no what she was getting into by joining, one google search would reveal how bad ISIS are, also It wouldn't surprise me if she was in fact directly involved in ISIS activities...but what is her future? is she doomed to rot in a camp?
but what is her future? is she doomed to rot in a camp?
I don't think anyone really cares what happens to her - she may have been 15 but most people at 15 are not stupid (there isn't much maturity growth between 15 and 18), she knew full well where she was going and what she was going to but she didn't care fully shown by her comments about Manchester
Love the new look, smart idea to use the grooming excuse as well. Shameless but smart. Hopefully she's left where she is.
Her next step is to take her case to the European Court of Human Rights and she'll probably win because she is technically stateless, as she has never applied for Bangladeshi citizenship and the ECHR tend to enforce international laws.
Is it a prison camp or holiday camp she’s in?
"she's not been involved in terrorism but she could be an asset to intelligence services fighting terrorism"
Getting a little Mary Poppins now ,
Still believe any of the Europeans including the UK and here who went to Syria to join Isis should be been put to death , if the Kurdish forces don't want to, then send special forces to interview them in a desert and removed to buried in unmarked graves ,
And let anyone else that's thinking of joining a similar group in the future it's going to end one way for them
In an ideal world it would.
putting them to death would not be possible.
it's not up to special forces to risk their lives to kill these people.
drones are cheap and effective
