I was half considering doing a One Tin pancake recipe in the morning for breakfast, but not being a morning person, that probably wont happen.

This is my second time making it in two weeks - I use Meliz Cooks' recipe: http://melizskitchen.blogspot.com/2021/02/yufka-mants.html?m=1#more A little hack: Lidl's fresh chicken burgers are just minced thighs with a tiny bit of seasoning so I use these rather than mincing my own thighs. I make my own pepper paste using the Lidl jarred roasted peppers. Rinse, drain, throw in a blender with three very hot chillies and the juice of a lemon, then simmer over a low heat with a good heaped teaspoon of salt for an hour or two until it's reduced right down to a lovely thick paste. Will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks, or you can freeze it. And pul biber is Aleppo pepper. If you can't find that, red chilli flakes are fine.
