Sad to hear Larry King died. I remember Conan O'Brien used to crack jokes about his age, which was all in good fun. He came on his show several times. He seemed to have a good sense of humour. This is one of my favourite moments from when he went on Norm Macdonald's ahow.

I didn't know that. I had heard of Norm MacDonald but had never seen him in action. After that behaviour in the clip, I never want to see him again.

Oh he was one of those guys you would recognise in several things.

He was great as a DS9 cardassian, Entek, who kidnapped Kira. He would have made for a wonderful Vorta.

David Richardson, writer and producer on the Simpsons, dies aged 65. His death was from heart failure, and not Covid related.

He wasn't on the Simpson's for too long, I believe he may have developed cancer around that time, but recovered.

Was only reading about him today.His friend posted he only had a few months,if that.

Absolutley so sad.He only found out not long ago he had cancer.

Very sad to hear that news. Saved By The Bell was one of my favourite shows back then, and Screech was an important character on it.

Poor Diamond seemed troubled, tbh. I didn't follow his life too much, but I did notice how things just seemed to go bad for him after Saved by the Bell.

From what I did read about him, Saved by the Bell was both the best, and worst, thing to happen to him.
On the one had, he was isolated from the cast (he was the youngest of the kids on that show, a good 3 or 4 years younger. Makes a big difference when you're a kid/ teenager) and that breeds a kind of loneliness. That sort of loneliness, no doubt it affected him.

You could argue who fared worse after the show-LArk Voorhees (aka Lisa) who's suffered with her mental health or Diamond.
I'd flip a coin, and it would probably come up Diamond (only slightly).

I rem him from all the presidents men, he played Deep throat. For some reason the name always stuck with me as a reminder of that film.
