Following multiple requests from Miro to add more of a European flavour to our ever growing family, and Cesaro placing this name on our desks over and over again.

Fusion Pro Wrestling has been working with recent signing Tetsuta Naito on the contract negations for the next two members of our roster. Naito asked our CEO Seán "What do you like in wrestlers?". He responded "I like investing in the future....and I also think you can't beat a hoss that's tough as nails and takes no prisoners."

Our next two picks perfectly reflect that.


First, we are welcoming a man who our CEO has personally been a massive fan of ever since his early days in Dragon Gate. When he joined NJPW he was ecstatic for the rest of the world to see just how good he is. Little did he know that he would evolve into perhaps the best wrestler in the world today. In 2019 he had a 5 star match, two 5.5 star matches, another 5 star and a 5.25 star match in 2020. And just last week he gave us another 5 star rating and probably the best match of the entire Wrestle Kingdom show.

We are proud to welcome Shingo Takagi to our ranks.






....AND we are proud to bring a man who is set to break the main event scene in NJPW. He is just one match away from silencing any critics he may have. And, in a real story, was in an elevator in a London hotel with myself and my wife last year, and was struggling to turn down our offer of a slice of the pizza we were bringing back to our room, as he kept saying how good it smelled and how long it had been seen he had some food! Well, we hope bringing you to our roster is as good as that pizza.
