First impression (looking from France, where the secondhand market is often overpriced) is that the package is "priced to sell" - a good offer with the extras. If it's possible to edit the ad, it might be an idea to list the camera under its European designation (EOS 400D) as I would think that many in the amateur/neewbie secondhand market would have no idea what a Canon "Rebel" was.

You need to add it to the basket to get the final price, for some reason the bodies actually increase in price when you add them to the basket.

The M100 was replaced by the M200. But, the M100 was very well reviewed. I use a 9 year old Sony RX100 Mark I as my carry-around pocket camera. Superb. But, the M100 has come out on top against the Sony Mark IV. So, it’s a serious piece of kit. If you buy it, make sure you can buy a spare battery.

An old model Nikon for €1000 doesn't seem like good value to me. The most important thing to consider for a starter kit would be what lens mount you want to invest in for the foreseeable future regardless of which body you have. While Nikon have some nice legacy glass, they appear to be left behind right now...
