Well, that's exactly what has happened to John McClane. Flying all the way from New York to Los Angeles for a Christmas Party in the impressive Nakitomi Plaza, amongst a whole crowd of people he doesnt know.

It's not all bad. He has just received the best piece of air travel advice he is ever likely to receive. He's had a fantastic limo ride to the party and he's just had his first homosexual encounter..... " Jesus! F***in' California!

But all is not as it seems. After meeting Joe Takagi, his apprehensions were not allayed when he saw Master Negotiatior and Chief Sleezeball, Harry Ellis snorting something powdery off his soon to be ex-wives office table. Especially when it was clear to see that he'd "missed a bit."

And it's just about to get a lot more interesting. The Terrorists are right outside and they are about to make their presence felt...

Phil is just a genuinely busy villager unfortunately which I realise isn't a whole lot of help at the moment.

I am reading back over Frank and Liz. While I know newbies can be wolves I always err on the side of leaving them alone when they're new - for the first day or two anyway

I am still confused about the lack of shot notifcation earlier - I thought we'd always get told a shot had fired even if nobody died.

I dunno, like there's no furthering thoughts there at all. Normally I'd be tempted to say lock wolf but I think this is just how Liz plays, looking for the main characters and kinda floating along.

Its all speculation. Hans in the movie tries to portay himself to John as Mr Clay, a goodie.

It makes sense in my head that Hans would have a similar power.

Not this time. I shot at Conor and there was no announcement. We know that there are roleblock powers due to Senan's death so I am assuming I was blocked.

Yep. As per announcement:

You are the neutral teams roleblocker. Starting night 1, you can nominate to roleblock anyone of your choice and they will be unable to perform any action during that night phase. You cannot roleblock the same person two nights in a row. (Redacted: Should Big Johnson be killed. You will become an alternate night vig/roleblocker and have a vig or a roleblock on alternate nights. You will be told this at the start of the next days play)
