But I don't know who the owner was .. will I have to pay taxes on them.

Did you really find 200 Bitcoins on a computer? I can't say I believe you

If you are a tax resident in Germany and hold Bitcoin for more than one year (I think) you can cash out tax free. I'd move there for a year. Or Singapore

As a return on investment $4m is not bad, but you'll have to pay capital gains tax of 33% which should not be a worry.
I'd be more concerned about who owned the computer and will they come looking for you and their cash.

I have a wallet. Have no idea how it worked back then, still don’t.

Should I just write it off or how do I get into it?
