Picture is right but the building name and bank are wrong. There was a bank there for a while, can't remember which but it wasn't BoS.

Edit: It was ACC that had offices there.

There's a new space opening on Wickham Street, called Wickham Way. It looks to be an open space with a few pop up retailers going in there. Looks to be a really great use of the space. Located beside the Wickham Tap bar.

I used work in a pub done Bewleys tea and a box of 100 bags was paid off after 10 pots which is an amazing GP compared to the beer we were selling

the rent is for nothing. I saw it on daft a while back there was a long term lease, 30 or 50 years that's coming to its end in 2021, the current lease holder was looking to rent it out for the final months.

Fit out out a new Screwfix store is about to begin in the Eastpoint Retail Park. It's going into the corner of the old Wickes unit next to the Wisla Polish shop. The drive in Covid test center is in the rest of the unit.

Was in Wickham way today it's a fantastic space tbh. Not sure how well it will do but had a few stalls with crafts and then crepes bread and coffee stands.

It's worth a stroll through just to see it
