He is a big man, but i think his unnatural mobility gives an illusion of pace? Anytime i've watched him, when we could go to games, its his constant movement that ends up with his marker not sticking with him and him finding space. He is relentless. A bit like Andy in his last few years, he didn't have pace but his constant relentless movement allowed to find space and win ball. Just to be clear, i am not saying he is not fast or anything. But i don't think his pace is his stand out differentiating quality if that makes sense? I'm also not saying his pace is in the realms of Andy the last few years.
