be home before 11pm, you cant go out dressed like that.
you develop an interest in gardening .
You look for 2 for 1 deals in tesco or your local supermarket or start collect ing shopping coupon s from newspapers .
your friends older children are now getting married .
your children are old enough to be thinking about leaving home .
i do not know what a skin fade is.

i thought a fade was a style of haircut .
fashion looks strange to you.
Why are young men going out in december wearing shorts and sneakers with no socks .
do they think they live in america.
Are they not cold ?
you just buy cloth,s that are cheap and comfortable and warm.
no point in trying to look cool when you are over 30.

edit 2 : and then you remember that child no. 2 is doing his junior cert, and your wife is saying that there's no way we could go in the middle of the junior cert.
