Looks good. Would maybe try and include interpretation if you can. It's usually one of president/AG/interpretation that comes up and they seem to be due a run.

No they’ve said we can’t use print outs - same as normal exam times. We can only use the OPW ones or any other official publication

Am I correct in saying the injunction Q on the equity paper is usually 2 injunctions in an a or b type style. And you do one? As in you can’t answer 2 questions on an injunction

Yea I’m just going by what they said in the guidance - maybe best to email them and confirm

You'd need to ask the Law Society directly, it would be too risky to use a print out without confirmation from them imo... then if you're accused of reading something that's not a permitted source it would be too late after the fact

I mean it would be up to them to prove it’s not a permitted source which would be impossible unless you held up the printout to the camera

Honestly, just print it out. There's zero checks in the exam itself and you could be reading The Great Gatsby to clear your head for all they know. Thankfully, I got the official legislation but if you don't want to, you really don't have to for this sitting.

Just wondering if anyone else who sat Company was confused by the incorporation question, it asked to advise on (a) advantages and disadvantages of incorporation and (b) consequences of incorporation ...but didn't clarify whether it was a two part question for equal marks or else just indicating topics to be discussed.

It really confused me during the exam as I then felt I needed to separate them out, but definitely gave more weight in my answer to adv/disadv. Usually they would state it was separated for equal marks, but putting in the (a) (b) was really misleading then if it wasn't. I've emailed the LS about it but curious if anyone else thought the same.

Well it would be impossible for you to prove that what you were looking at was a permitted source, if what you were looking at was not a permitted source...

Haha I’m not arguing with you I’m just saying it’s impossible to prove either way - otherwise everyone is somehow going to have to prove that what they were looking at was in fact the permitted legislation
