- I would definitely advise knowing the consumer protection area particularly well. - Some areas like offer and acceptance where people think they know the area well can end up being more difficult/easier to fall down on in my opinion.
- You are allowed to bring certain legislation in with you. You can check out with the Law Society what you can bring in and I would definitely try and order/arrange it sooner rather than later.

Surely it'll be take less time for the results as you're not dealing with the paperwork, etc.? The examiner can just mark in the result in some spreadsheet at home.

You’re forgetting about all the suspicious behaviour they’re going to have to review

How would it make any difference at all if they're marking it on paper or on a computer?

It's still the same format and still correcting 5 questions per paper

There's also the external examiner checks and then they will go through an exam board to be ratified. It will probably still be the 6 weeks. I'm wondering will we be getting the grades through betterexamninations or the Law Society page.

And people having technical difficulties being told 'we'll keep note of it', so are the examiners going to have to keep a list beside them and check for every paper whether they had issues during the exam

I'd say we'll get them on LS website as usual since they'll have to put them into their own system anyway for their records

But that's just wishful thinking I'd say I don't even have my notes written up.

Iv been using it the whole way through the two Iv done remotely. Did the rules for the remote exams we were e-mailed contain a stipulation that using it is prohibited. Missed it if they did.

Also it’s usually Friday 6 weeks from finish date and that’s Christmas Day! ;(

Would love them before Christmas but can’t imagine it’s likely

ANYONE HAVE CONSISE NOTES ON mandatory injunctions, CYPres and specific performance - contract for services (cannot get my head around them) VERY desperate...failed last sitting by 7% cannot go through that pain again!!!!

any other advice for equity would be very grateful!

I have Lawschool revision guide for this sitting for constitutional law i could swap in return or plenty of other materials?

Oops I didn't see anything on it, I had to use an extra mouse today because the built in one my laptop went kaputt and I kept accidentally hitting the right button. Also realised how much I look around and talk to myself so hopefully that doesn't flag it too hugely!

Not sure if this is relevant but the email we got said all data proctorio takes is deleted after 30 days - if they have to review our videos surely this would have to be done before the 30 days right?

Oh wait I read further and I think the LS have access to it for longer ..

I think so too. Going to have Mareva prepared just in case though as it came up two sittings in a row in 2018
