You'll also always have idiots breaking the lights and there should be cameras there to catch and prosecute them (I often think people need to be sent back to driving school with some of the behaviour you see on the roads!). The odd tractor and truck (usually only coming down the town because they actually have business there or because there's no other option) is something I think we can deal with.
