Mail voting being counted in Atlanta, would give Biden a greater than 50% chance of winning that state now, if he can pull that out then Trump should concede immediately

I'm having trouble understanding this. As it is described on the main US channels, you would think that Biden is favourite to win, but Paddy Power now have Trump at 2/5 and Biden at 15/8. Most other betting shops the same. Are they offsetting?

Trump was 1/5 at one point earlier. It's just reacting to the money going on. In PA Trump's lead looks excellent til you check where the votes that haven't been counted are coming from.

There’s over 450k to be counted, with a lot of those in Atlanta + suburbs.

Georgia is absolutely not over...yet.
