If you scroll back you’ll see I passed it in aug but didn’t get the results until after I had applied for this sitting. They haven’t refunded me or updated their system so I was still due to sit it.

Would any brave soul like to hazard a guess as to what will appear on the company exam tomorrow? I doubt ultra vires will show up, but I'd say SLP will as it wasn't on last time.

They won't see that in the webcam, people use second hand legislation all the time at the physical exams where they actually take your legislation and look through it and it's not an issue so I wouldn't worry at all about having an old ID number written on it

They have on the website that they have extended it by 30 minutes ...

Courtney generally copies between two-three questions from the second and third last paper, I.e. October & Mar 2019. Rule out the ones he’s already copied in Mar 2020 and that’ll leave you with a few bankers I think. S.238/239, advantages/disadvantages of incorporation (which includes SLP), examinership etc.

He blatantly copies and pastes, doesn’t even change the name of the people involved sometimes.

That’s awful, was it counting down from 3 hours from the beginning?

Can anyone remember if we have a clock or countdown timer built into the exam portal? Would rather not have to look over to my clock, as the eye movement might be picked up by the software.

Did you manage to get the paper finished? can't believe they didn't have the timing fixed for the first exam... I get that they can't anticipate technical issues but the timing is so easy for them to get right
Surely they'll have to take that into account when correcting your paper

if you log in from when the lobby opens does that mean you sit there without looking at your notes until the exam starts?

Pretty sure it is just a countdown timer, but I wouldn't worry about they eye movements, just have a clock there to cover yourself! Its permitted on the list of items in your workspace so allowances have to be made. Also using legislation we will be constantly looking up and down.

I didn't noticed that...but the exam started at 10.00 and would have expected it to finish at 13.30...
I actually believed until the last min that they would say...now you have another/extra 30 min ...
Anyway...was ok , but have like 4.5 questions done...

That sounds like an awful paper. I passed in August and I would struggle to answer any more than 3 comfortably there

I think it was vicarious liability, not employers and for another one I answered using Rylands instead of nuisance but open to correction l, can anyone confirm haha

I used Rylands too and a bit of public nuisance but don’t ask me why I literally panicked. It wasn’t as disastrous I thought it would be!
