This looks like a bridge game to Spidey 2 which I'm all for. Who knows though, Miles could be just replacing Peter but I think there's still a Peter story to tell with how the 1st ended.

My son had Spider-Man on his PS4 and completed it. He’s getting a PS5 for Xmas and wanted to get this. Is there enough new stuff in it that it won’t be a waste of time/money to get for him?

Kinda subjective really. No one really knows how long it'll be or how much new content it will have. They're saying 7-10 hours of new content, but that could be longer if you like faffing about.

(Re-)Watched Into the Spiderverse again last night. Excellent film still. Has me slightly pumped for this, even though I'm holding off for a few weeks at least.
