Pellet stove no performing

I have a Kalor Quadra 8 Slimline pellet stove. Its only a few months old.

This evening I cleaned the brasier, emptied the tray and cleaned the glass.

It was performing well but then the flame died down and went out, but the brasier kept being fed with pellets.

Can anyone shed some light on why this might have happened?

Ok, still no solution.

Flame is high then it's low. No major heat from it and it is struggling to retain a flame at times.

I did change pellet brands last week around about the time this problem started. Changed to the brand that the stove supplier recommended the highest. Could that be a factor? These pellets don't emit any odour.
