100 or so have died from covid alone. We already knew this. However covid was the cause of death in the other deaths too. ie, if they didn't get covid theyd still be alive.

Not for nothing did the UK Government called it the Coronavirus Act and not the COVID-19 Act, an act that they're going to try to extend for a further two years in the coming days.

It's coming to something when there is more freedom in China than in the West. There was an article on the RTÉ website a week or so ago about a man who lives in China. He said there was no requirement to wear masks in public, shops, restaurants etc.

You're right, it's not only China, but I just mentioned China because who could ever have thought that the day would come when there was more freedom in China than in the formerly free West.

It's still a brutal country, but no masks in public, shops or restaurants (according to the man featured in the article) means there is more freedom, at least in respect of masks, in China than in countries such as Spain or France where people are forced to wear them 24/7.

I do not know if there's a plot for a one world government. Maybe, maybe not.

I do think the authoritarian swing in a lot of western countries, the restriction of freedoms, the near police state measures, the "new normal" are very, very bad things. I do think they're here for the long haul.

I do think the dangers of corona are being played up.

Hope that clears it up. If you start accusing me again of stuff and positions to which I've never spoken on, I'm just gonna block. As said, it's tiresome.
