Great show that, I see the americans have it back (or maybe it never went) but I don't want to watch theirs.

Yeah they announced it was new series at beginning but this is a repeat. Doesn't look they have even scheduled to show the new series on tv guide

Yep, very annoying. All the spoilers and now wont be able to even watch it. I think i need to get some freeview installed. VM don't want to pay for rights to show it maybe...?

Right. It is new for Virgin Media. They’ve not shown Series 4 before. I expect they will air Series 5 which airs on ITV this week after Series 4 and before the end of the year.

This all stems from Virgin Media’s weird decision to drop the show from last year’s Christmas episode onwards before then changing their mind. However because they then decided to repeat all the old Jeremy Clarkson episodes weekly before starting to show new episodes again, they are still playing catch up even now with ITV.

That Celebrity/John Barnes episode was originally broadcast in April on ITV. It takes Virgin 4 or 5 months to get around to showing it. It bugs the piss out of me that they don't have ITV 1 and 2 on their service in favour of their own garbage channels.

^ I'll be honest.. I'm a movie buff and really like Hitchcock, and even I thought it was Tippi Hedren. Tough question I thought.

As for the "Toxic" question.. very disappointing for a science teacher.

The old episodes are infinitely superior.
Clarkson seems to have reverted to type in this series, he is back to being a snide bollix.
He seems to enjoy people failing.

I don't see that IMHO. I agree he could be bit of a prick in the earlier seasons sometimes, but in the last few he's improved a lot.
