The Ferguson riots happened under Obama's watch. The riots never became widespread because Obama was very good at placating the BLM radicals with despicable demagoguery. Such as when he said "Trayvon Martin could have been my son." and in the UN speech where he talked about American racism and a "little town called Ferguson" where Michael Brown was supposedly shot while saying "hands up, don't shoot!" A complete fabrication.
Obama's own DOJ found the Michael Brown shooting was completely justified yet Democrats to this day maintain the Ferguson lie.
Polls have shown Americans were significantly less optimistic about race relations after Obama's presidency than before it.

Those states were 17th, 15th and 20th respectively. Meanwhile, Cuomo got away with shipping elderly folk back into nursing homes after they tested positive. Deficits? Unfortunately neither party cares about deficits and its a non-issue for the American people.
