In all honesty, I completely forgot she was there and the writing aspect was the same as being in an exam hall- minus feeling everyone else's nerves as well as my own. I wouldn't be apprehensive about it, honestly it's the best we could have hoped for. The only slight pain was scanning in the pages at the end with your phone- they watch you do it and I was very aware of how long it was taking me- it seemed to go on forever! Overall they put my mind at ease today- nothing at all to worry about! If you've any questions, feel free to DM me.

Yes it can be stopped by you asking them to leave and "visit the land often" but its not like this squatter has any right to come in on your land you paid good money for. Had to say it i know i'm wrong bit studying that topic the past 2 days I've just looked at it and gone "god you're an awful stupid rule"
