Infowars reporter Millie Weaver ‘arrested’ mid-premiere of her whistleblowing investigation into ‘shadow government’ Investigative reporter Millie Weaver and her husband have reportedly been arrested at the same time her documentary on the US “shadow government” was being screened on YouTube, sending Conservative Twitter into theory overdrive. Weaver’s “arrest” at the couple’s home – which has yet to be confirmed by authorities – was initially reported by Infowars on Friday, shortly after the YouTube premiere of her documentary film “ShadowGate.” The film purports to expose the secrets of the massive ‘Deep State’ intelligence apparatus manipulating politics within the US and beyond its borders, based on the reports of two private intelligence whistleblowers. Video of the couple’s apparent arrest, shot by Weaver herself, was posted to Twitter by her Infowars colleague Adan Salazar, opening on Weaver asking in disbelief if “a grand jury indicted [her].”

The video gets key facts wrong about nearly every event it mentions. It falsely links the coronavirus pandemic; Ferguson, Missouri, and George Floyd protests; Mueller investigation, and several actions of the Obama administration in a sweeping and contradicting conspiracy theory.
Much in the vein of Infowars, which was created by Alex Jones and promotes conspiracy theories, this video makes sweeping claims about a supposed shadow government puppeteering civil society. But it provides no supporting evidence for its eye-opening claims.
A few days prior to her arrest, Weaver — who consistently traffics in misleading or false information — uploaded a video asserting that a “small group of government contractors were hired by government officials to frame the Trump campaign and set him up for the Russia collusion investigation.” (For what it’s worth, Jones had previously claimed that Weaver was in possession of secret Hillary Clinton emails and could prove that former President Barack Obama personally controls the U.S. media.)
King Mob wrote: » Ah ok. So some random racist just randomly came across the documentary and for no reason posted a screed about how Jews secretly control the world. Gotcha. But in reality, antisemitism like that is at the root of a lot of New world order/deep state conspiracies. A good tactic used by bull**** merchants like those at Info Wars is to keep their stuff vague and open so it can be plugged into all manner of preconceived worldviews. They don't mention who the "deep state" are exactly, so if it's a racist who believes it's the Jews, then they can accept the video as proof of their particular beliefs. This works equally as well for those who believe it's bankers, or the leftists or the bohemian grove or the lizard people. They don't specifically mention Qanon, so the more sensible conspiracy theorists don't have to reject it out of hand. But at the same time they don't contradict Qanon and can fit it in just as well, so that way they can also appeal to that crowd.

Davey Alba, a reporter for the New York Times covering disinformation, tweeted on Aug. 16 that an emergency legal fund for Weaver had raised more than $88,000. By Aug. 17, it was at more than $161,000. "So many tactics are colliding with this piece of misinformation," Alba said about the ShadowGate video. "To be clear: QAnon is largely behind the spread of this video."

King Mob wrote: » You say that, but you're the one defending bull**** artists from Info Wars. So unfortunately I'm not going to believe you over a reporter for the New York Times. You also lied and claimed that this had nothing to do with Alex Jones, so I suspect you are likewise being less than honest in this case too.
enno99 wrote: » He said himself he didnt know about it she was contracted to do some stuff for him (maybe thats why he sacked her ) This was her own project so I didnt lie

King Mob wrote: » So you're claiming that she didn't work for Alex Jones Info Wars? If she did, then yes, Alex Jones and Info Wars have something to do with her and her documentary. Especially the point I was actually making. That point being that if she worked for a bull**** mill like Info Wars, then she isn't a reliable reporter. To work for a organisation like that, she either has to be completely without journalistic integrity or she's completely stupid. You however claimed that it had nothing to do with Info Wars. Which isn't true. You know it's not true, but claimed it anyway. Lol. I'm sure. And yes, they are a New York Times reporter. That information was in the link I provided.
Mr. Danchenko was on the payroll of Mr. Steele’s investigative firm, Orbis Business Intelligence, in London. He also worked at the Brookings Institution. He co-wrote with Fiona Hill a 2010 Brookings paper titled “One Step Forward, Two Steps Back? The Realities of a Rising China and Implications for Russia’s Energy Ambitions.” Ms. Hill went on to join President Trump’s National Security Council staff as a senior European specialist in 2017. She also testified at his House impeachment hearing. She said she believed Mr. Steele, with whom she once worked while he was a British intelligence officer, was played by Russian disinformation.

King Mob wrote: » Lol. And who are you accusing of being my employer? Yes. SHe worked for Infowars. You claimed it had nothing to do with it. However, as i said previously, if she worked for a bull**** farm like Info Wars, she's a bull**** artist. Is that because it was too much bull**** even for him? Or cause he was ordered to by his Deep State controllers? Again, you are now saying it was hosted by the site, despite you claim earlier that it had nothing to do with it. And not sure how it getting booted from Info Wars helps it's credibility. Lol. Desperate.
enno99 wrote: » LOL its hosted on many sites dont mean they had any input in making the film

enno99 wrote: » Why desperate ? I was showing you why they are unreliable and were pushing a conspiracy theory for years even got a pulitzer for it LOL You dont want to call out NYT or Buzzfeed and others for pushing a fake dossier
King Mob wrote: » But I've detailed why her having being employed by Info Wars is relevant. To most rational people, Info Wars is a bull**** farm that produces bull****. You however believe in Info Wars for some reason. Most other conspiracy theorists don't. But you do. That's fine. So to most other people, being employed by a bull**** farm means that she is a bull****ter also. To work there, she must have either been aware of what Info Wars is doing and been fine with it (which makes her dishonest) or she was not aware of what Info Wars is (which makes her stupid.) But for some reason you don't see that. Lol, Like I said. Desperate. I also like how you're demanding answers to this off topic whataboutery, but still haven't addressed the majority of questions put to you.
Dohnjoe wrote: » Why are you trying so hard to distance Infowars from this woman? She literally worked for them, she was an "Infowars reporter" (before that she was a model/actress). The subject matter of the video is almost identical to the type of "deep state" conspiracies and disinfo regularly put out on Infowars The fact that the video has been pulled by social media companies and lambasted as baseless by normal press outlets demonstrates that even standing on it's own, it falls into the same category of bull**** that Infowars produces on a daily basis
enno99 wrote: » Normal press LOL did they get paid for their work ?
And your own take from watching it
Dohnjoe wrote: » What are you suggesting? I haven't watched it. It's been flagged by major social media outlets as disinfo/hate speech, and being very familiar with the source, that's all I need to know about the veracity of it Likewise someone doesn't need to watch a 5G Corona conspiracy, or moon landing hoax video to know they are complete nonsense. If you personally buy into this deep state stuff and videos from Infowars "reporters", that's cool, people can make their own judgement - on both aspects of that
