What a sad, depressed place. Shops closed, Buildings abandoned - drove out to the link road for more shopping - the whole place looked shabby and grubby and very little choice in the way of women’s clothing. Clonmel looks a million dollars compared to Waterford - shop fronts are newly painted and look fresh and clean. We could do with some more businesses opening but looks much more upbeat and successful than Waterford. You clearly weren’t mixing with a nice crowd - most people in Clonmel are very pleasant and friendly.
