Don’t think regency will go to court again specially after the key detective involved in solving the case is now dead. Also don’t think the case of kmw will ever go to court sad reality for the family not to get justice but without a torso it’s hard to solve and probably hidden well

Plus the fact it’s on DD’s own street seems to make it less likely he ordered it. Realistically it doesn’t have to be DD or BG who ordered it. There are a number of other players involved in local disputes in the area. Although in fairness most have links in some shape to DD and co.

It’s possible if it was over a debt and the target is an actual friend and associate of DD, that it was in fact someone else or other crew to whom the debt was owed.

When you think of the advancement in DNA evidence these days how on earth can this case not end in prosecutions?!

You can only imagine the sheer extent of the state of the place with regards to DNA, blood etc considering how that lad met his death. I find it all very odd.

Not so sure on KMW. Once Ged McKenna keeps his mouth shut it’s possible the rest of the boys will too. Also with Lawlor dead and PC in for 4, I think the Garda pressure for the case may have lost full steam. Similar case like that like of Jeffrey Hannon In O Malley Park and a couple others n Limerick whereby a brutal murder happened, bud because it was a gang ridden, fear controlled estate, no one opened their mouth despite common knowledge on who the killers were. Hard to see any of those involved or anyone in the Rathmullan area coughing up info due to the almost guaranteed repercussions. The crew have a penchant for extreme violence as shown by AR kidnapping, KMW and other incidents.

As for DNA and so on, I suppose time will tell, but I’m sure most of them were cute enough to possibly wear gloves

They can be. But if you're involved in a machete attack where you lure the victim, and also start a fight that leads to someone else being stabbed to death, and you've already been shot and warned your life is in danger, then it's probably unwise to be getting in rows on Halloween night at a bonfire in Neilstown.

The other poor lad seems to just be the victim of a dragged up psycho with a short fuse.
