I'd say the washing machine. Just wash, dry + store them there until you run out + need to put a new wash on.

10sqm is certainly a new take on word spacious!

The average hotel room is about 24sqm.

There's one down near Christchurch that's a contender, not sure which can actually claim the title!

The one in Long Lane is 7' wide, I was in it years ago when it was for sale. Seems to have been for sale for the last 3 or 4 years at least for prices ranging from ludicrous to "cash buyer bargain" level.

ETA 3 or 4 years is being kind! No sale registered since 2010 (which presumably is when the PPR was started)

It looks like it was built in an alley between 2 houses and obviously there's compliancy issues if it's not suitable for a mortgage.

Still it wouldn't be a bad spot for a short single person with few possessions.
