Passed by yet another incident in Penny Lane this evening where a Gda. car was present and I recognised a number of the "characters" involved who were involved/being spoken to/hanging round; saw them later at entrance to Penny Lane in a group & again down College St. where I was in La Boheme. They add nothing to the town and it's the people who fall for their b/s and give them money I feel sorry for; they don't want to get clean, they just want more gear, tablets etc. While I'm liberal enough in terms of recognising addiction in any form (porn, gambling etc.) as a healthcare issue (physical or mental) the right winger in me despises those concerned who don't want to try get better...... Any other instances I'm missing? With town centre being so small they tend to congregate in different areas quicker I guess so may be more prevalent as a result of that too.
