Someone told me before that Robbie was fairly quiet and well behaved in school then just changed when he was about 18 . any truth in it

Ok so the fourth person arrested is a man in his 20’s arrested in Dublin. Now this could completely be putting 2 + 2 together and getting 7, but I wonder is that PC arrested in Mountjoy where he currently resides ?!?!
