He can still get on the ballot as far as I'm aware. But he'll have to move fast.

And considering Tump had zero chance of being elected as President, nothing would surprise me over there.

If voters wish to, they can write in a candidate they wish to vote for and that candidates vote will be counted for him/her.

I'm not sure it's available in all states though.

He's too late to be on the ballot in 20ish states. Basically, he has absolutely no chance. The game here is to take as many votes off Biden as possible.
