Yeh, I'm no fan of our judicial system and 5-10 years is far too lenient for ctm. It seems to be a new departure for our sentencing laws giving the volume of cases coming through the scc... Some of these lads (AW) getting single didget sentences when they are known serial killers is a complete joke.. The system is impotent to say the least

AW has never been convicted of murder, a judge can't take into account crimes he hasn't (in the eyes of the judiciary) comittied

I never said he's been convicted of murder but he had multiple convictions for serious crime.. What did he get? 5 year? That's at the lower scale for the crime committed.. These last 20 people who got convicted of ctm and facilitating a crime gang should have all been given life. Wheres the deterrent? A young lad getting 25k to kill someone knowing that they'll get a single diget sentence if it's foiled before the fact (and that's more likely than it being followed through) I despise the criminal justice system in this country from experience but it stinks of the dpp just getting the easiest sentence possible. Wait for 5/6 years when all these sheep are out after spending their time on the rat wing in the joy. Why did AW get assaulted in Mountjoy after his sentence?
