Oh yeah, I saw this earlier today. The two are taking a load of flak on Twitter and on leftie “news” sites for no apparent reason. The BLM protestors broke into a gated community and threatened to burn down peoples houses, honestly what are some people thinking when they demonize two upstanding citizens practicing their 2nd amendment rights and protecting their property. Nobody was hurt in this incident, if you could even call it an incident but these not very reputable sources are having a field day calling for the 2nd amendment to be repealed which is ironic since they’re all so anti cop now. Ah well, facts never stopped the anti gun lobby before and it certainly won’t stop them now.

The inside is even nicer going by the pics of some articles.Makes Versailles look shabby.
What pees me off is that the pro 2a people are giving out about the missuses appaling trigger disipline and choice of firearm,lack of body armour,blah,blah,blah! Fek it ..They did what was important,they stood their ground and deterred a situation and protected their property,despite lack of training,gun saftey,etc.
Thats not to say that their isnt a whole lot of room for them to improve their skillset,and having to gaurd a large lump like that,they will need it.

Untill it happened to one of the political classes.Then you would see Irelands lassiez faire,but in a way nice and easily approachable politicans go completely ape demanding EU style security on their houses,cars and fammlies with 24/7/365 armed protection.Which would be tragic,because despite whatever we say about them, they are easily contacted and approachable.

I amazed and baffled some German busisnessmen and visitors once by introducing them to the then,minister of defence Willie O Dea in a pub in Limerick over a pint.Thy couldnt get over the fact they had met a govt minister of such important a position in a pub with little or bo security or hassle around him. It would be virtually impossible to meet any German Govt minister in such a setting without the entire thing being security vetted weeks in advance and run and everyone frisked and discomfited. So that is still somthing we should try and keep here in Ireland.

Texans have a reputation for being a bit crazy (in a wild kinda way), and plenty of them conceal carry. Why anyone would trying that **** is Texas is beyond me. Just asking for it.

Quite a lot of previously anti-gun people in America have been buying guns for personal and home defence. The election coming up, the kung-flu, all this blm, violent protests and "autonomous zones" (latest one in New York i hear) crap, have changed their minds.

These people will probably not become gun enthusiasts, but once they have crossed the line and own a gun, then its difficult to be anti again.

Yeah, they set up the thing because they did not want police brutalising people, and it ends up with him handing out AR15's to idiots to guard the place, lets call them.......i dunno, police ? It’s just sad to see how little Trudeau cares about guns. The rifle used in the Nova Scotia shooting was illegally obtained and the magazines were also illegal. It’s a shame that the firearms community gets scapegoated every time a shooting occurs.
