Email tracing?

Can an email be traced by its content only?

I also know what type of account it came from but not the address.

The content of the email has been shared on various other platforms, viber, WhatsApp, FB messenger etc.

Long story short it relates to defamation of character but I need to prove where the mail originated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The header info is missing, just that it came from a yahoo account.
