Help please

Hi folks
Was wondering if someone could help please?
Upgraded me iPhone last November and kept me old phone for me daughter for the summer.
Got her a SIM card today, however I was on 3 and her SIM card is for EIR and I'm being told that the card is unauthorised .
Cant access iTunes to set factory defaults. Anyone got any ideas please?

You need to get 3 to unlock the phone.

Just follow the steps above and it will sort it for you, it will take a few days though.

Alternatively you could get a 3 sim for your daughter and port number over, assuming she' not in a contact with Eir.
