Sure why would you bother? It's in the garage. That double door will be handy in the lovely weather we are having. Different case in the winter when it's a dank damp kip.

You would need to put tin foil over the gaps with masking tape.

Again a measure of a pure shylock to not block it up and put in a new PVC doors but the stove in the flat would be lovely.

That's why the door is not sealed, to let the stove breathe, no CO buildup.

edit: not really it's just cheap.

Its a solid fuel stove not gas stove, a key hole will leave enough fresh air in. However insulation and plaster will not cost the earth. against the income of the flat, a pair of double PVC doors and curtins wouldnt cost the earth.

I could see some being sick in there over the winter months.

The bed right up against it too, imagine the cold hitting your face on a frosty night? The shower looks grubby too so it might not be the first letting.

The first photo is taken from inside a car. Couldn't even be arsed getting out to take it. And then couldn't be arsed cropping the wing mirror out. Have to admit, when I saw the fourth photo, I initially thought "hmmm... that's an interesting tiled ceiling".

Looks like someone got in his garage for the first time in years and noticed he had an old bed, couch and showercabin stored and went straight to daft to advertise his storage as an appartement.

Eh, there wasn't much wrong with that place. Many people live in apartments like that or smaller and many people are dealing with lockdown sans garden right now. The damp is a problem obviously. But good ventilation just means opening the windows for a few minutes every day which people do in way colder countries than the UK. I've had to deal with ants in various kinds of rentals. Guy comes across a tad oblivious, to be honest.
