I don't think they can estimate all refugees, that your claim..
It likely millions died, that can be low number or higher number. Claiming only a few hundred thousand died is unlikely when most of the cities were destroyed.

There referring to 12 million people. Syria had 21 million population pre-2011. The civil war started in 2012.

Contraception through reproductive health services would help stem population growth but you choose to skip that part and jump straight onto vaccines.

Rebounding to what level? Millions of people died. It going to take a long time for things to go back to normal in Syria. I doubt many Syrians are having babies when the country is a mess, there likely trying to escape to Turkey and to other countries. CIA caused that mess supporting jihadists groups, so any stat from them is flawed.

There nobody counting how many Syrians are left. The stats are flawed. Cities are in ruins Assad has no time to count how many people lived.
