4 and a half is bonkers considering he didn't even burn it himself. I know 2 lads caught red handed in the middle of dancing on 300k worth of heroin, one got 3 and the other got 3 and a half.

Obviously hitting him with the full extent of the punishment as is allowable by law so as to keep him in. Makes it handier for the authorities to compile a case on anything else which they have on him for other crimes and also makes things safer for those outside involved in any feuds, including himself.
