Lads I'm in a bit of a predicament, need help from someone better at maths than I am. Mrs. blue won't allow meat to be ate today (Black Friday) I found a bit of salami in the fridge. It's 31% fat and only 19% protein. I made a sandwich of it with a bit of goat's cheese (cheese ok by mrs b's standards).

How much of the sandwich should I give to the dog to avoid going to hell?

Well calling it black Friday is probably worse than eating the meat.

Anyone ever tear the tendon in their elbow ?
I've been cleaning back the ditch at the side of the house for the last few days. Working the slasher yesterday evening and with a fairly light swing something went in my elbow.
Mild pain now but if I straighten the arm and lock the elbow I get an unmerciful dart of pain. It's right on the elbow so assuming can only be the tendon.

Eat the crust yourself and give the rest to the dog, and watch him eat it.

Tell the misses that Jesus died so you could eat that sandwich.
That the meat thing was brought in by a man in a silly hat in Rome.
And that the man in a silly hat in Rome has zero bearing on whether you get to Valhalla or not.

Or simpler, eat the sandwich, say nothing and file for divorce.

My cousin suffers awful bad with his elbows. If he is doin any type of work he has to put on these compression sock. They are really tight bandages/sleeve. It works for him soon light work but no good for lifting

Was my mother's birthday today. My sister who lives in Dublin decided we would do a zoom chat thingy with her. Chat was to be at 6.30 then we realised that my mother didn't have zoom on her phone :pac: my mother hasn't been out in afew weeks.I went up with my daughter and got her phone and set it up. Standing on doorstep. Strange way to celebrate your birthday

I did a simular injury during the snow of Winter 2010/ Spring 11. I was chipping frozen snow off the driveway with a shovel for a few hours. I couldn't drink a cup of coffee or hold the phone to my ear as my right elbow would lock half way. Worst of all I couldn't fly fish when the season started on Paddy's day. I tried to convince my GP to give me a cortisone injection into it but he told me to learn to cast with my left arm

Plastic and surprisingly stainless steel are the 2 substances that bacteria can live longer on.

Thus the concern with supermarkets.

Doesn't take away from the effectiveness of it though.

Copper has been used down the centuries for a wide range of things from copper bellies on war ships in the British empire to make them go faster to Egyptians using vessels to sterilize wounds and drinking water.
