Does anyone know what the story is with the Find my Phone notification that was on some Samsung phones this morning? Disappeared after I tapped it. Is this anything to worry about or should passwords be changed?

Anyone using a tempered glass screen protector on their S10+ that actually works with the ultrasonic screen protector? I've tried two now - one was an eBay special that claimed to work with finger print unlock but didn't and the other was a more expensive one that said similar but both will not recognize the my finger print. I've tried deleting and adding prints with the protector on and off and neither works. Cheers.

Hi all,

Not strictly an S10 query (although I do have one), but someone may be able to help me.

While mindlessely browsing recently, on Google Photos I pressed 'Free Up Space', not reading what it does, or given a second chance to consider what I was actually doing.

It duly deleted a load of photos and videos off my device.

Granted, they are still in Google Photos, but I had many photos organised into specific folders (my wedding, different children) and now they are gone from the device.

I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to how to retrieve, or undo, what I did.

I looking at buying a S10 at the moment .

I was holding out for the S20 but have doubts it is worth the extra outlay given the price :eek:

It is the dual sim version I'm after . Will the 4G work on all networks here ?

I seem to recall issues with certain bands not available for certain networks from years ago (perhaps this is long gone )

Sometimes there may be a delay in the conversation. That's the only thing I have found. Other than that it is a great feature. I usually use whatsapp for most of my calls now.

I bought mine off the German Amazon site. I used https://www.hagglezon.com/ to find the cheapest price across all the Amazon platforms. There may he cheaper deals to be had out there though.

I have used Spidgen cases on all my devices. Haven't cracked the screen yet. I would highly recommend them.

Any way to permanently turn off the Do Not Disturb feature on the s10 plus. No matter how many times I change the settings in the DND section of the settings it keeps turning itself on at the same time each night.

It must be turning on on a schedule. Settings - notifications - do not disturb - turn on as scheduled. Check there.

When I follow this, the DND slider is off and in the schedule there is only the 'Add a Schedule' button. It has me stumped. I've even checked all of my routines to make sure there is nothing in there causing it.

Maybe try setting a schedule and then cancelling it, it might wipe out any previous setting...

New software update on my S10+ this morning - 147MB, Security Patch 1st May.

I've noticed an issue with my S10 5G. At home I have 2 WiFi routers set up with the same ssid. The phone seems to roam fine between them seamlessly connecting but the phone temporarily loses Internet connecting for about 30 seconds to a minute or so. Pages fail to load etc. I sometimes have to toggle WiFi on and off.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this?
