It seems FG will be very happy to just sit on their hands for 5 years. Would FG voters be happy with this, as it means all those FG votes mean nothing, and do nothing.

Having been in power for 9 years, they did nothing, people have no homes, people still on trollies.

FG may have given some of their rich buddies some tax breaks.

But other than that, they did what FG do best, are their poor hands not numb by now.

The numbers are not there or there would be a new government. Nobody has managed to find them yet.

So in the absence of a new government emerging the duties of government fall to the incumbents.
Who have been doing well but who have also had lapses and failures which MAY NOT have happened had others been listened too.

When things like that are being missed or not thought about in a national emergency then anyone whose 'priorities' are the people, would have NO PROBLEM with a national government.

Nice to see that you have revealed what your priorities are...they are party first as we have seen with the childish one-up-man-ship.

The graph of American diagnosis is almost vertical now.he knew since last year. Key republicans also sold off equity shares and a few of them are now under investigation by the SEC. Trump will be lucky if he isn't toppled Saddam Hussein style when all of this is over. When this thing grips the U.S it's going to be extremely dramatic.

Two of the best responding countries to this crisis, South Korea and Taiwan have centre-left governments. Their economies are more or less still operational day to day despite external pressures.

Yes they have centre left now (by Asian standards, which is more centre by European standards). But been run for decades as free market, low welfare state economies. Asian countries have no nanny welfare state, so they’ll all do fine. See Singapore, Japan etc.
