The next word EIKN, is Knock Airport 191700z means 19=day of the month, 1700z is the time The rest is basically cloud height, wind direction etc. The issue is particularly the last string...27019g35kt. If there is a 35kt gusting wind, I don't think we will have a visitor. However, this is the West, and although it was stormy all night, it is Calm, and I can see the lights of Knock across the fields. Fingers crossed. I'm off up to the Airport for a gander...:)
