The website BeautifulPeople.com vets poential new members by having existing members vote on whether they are attractive enough to be allowed to become a member.

Approval rate for Irish men was at 6%, putting Irish men at the bottom of the list, joint with UK and Poland. For Irish women it was 29%.

Much much more than anything else, this is a website out for publicity.

I am gay and I would disagree. I find Irishmen much more attractive than Dutch men generally.

However there is one thing that is a problem with Irishmen and that is their half rotten teeth. They really need to do more in the dental care department.

Who knows, maybe the Irish scores were skewed by lads throwing up unflattering photos of their mates for the craic? Or the only Irish men applying were just weirdos, like AVB's persona.

Certainly I can't imagine any Irish male I know sincerely applying to a website explicitly for beautiful people only. The culturally enforced modesty and fear of what's sometimes called begrudgery is just too great. In the States on the other hand they're all conditioned to believe the sun shines out of their arse.

And the ugliest men in Ireland are in Limerick (apparently).
To confirm this as a fact, just park on O' Connell Street in Limerick city during working hours i.e. while everyone else is working, and watch the exhibits on display.
It is a horror movie with a thousand sequels.

Disclaimer: Limerick people in general are very nice.

Sorry but for me as an outsider (Dutch) I would say that scandinavian men are more handsome than Irish men.

But I would say that Irish men are moreh andsome than Dutch, German or Finnish men for example.

At the end of the day all of this is subjective.

Definitely agree with you there, some would be vastly improved with a little bit of grooming but not too much mind you, I wouldn't want them turning into Italians, excessive vanity would be a huge turn off for me.
