As I read them he seems to be echoing what others have said about 2019. Which has clearly been established was on everyone involved, not any one group or individual. He clearly says that each coach does things differently and spent at least some of his time comparing differences that are heavily based on available facilities. Reading it in the wider context of what we've heard previously etc I see very little in it tbh.
